Dasara- an interpreatation

I thought  it was Dasara  because  ten head of Ravan were  cut that day  .

I never knew   about this.One  of my friends  informed me .If you can kill those ten, it is indeed vijaya.God bless  my friend 

Dasha Hara in Sanskrit means removal of ten bad qualities within you🌺

🌾Ahankara* (Ego)

🌾Amanavta* (Cruelty)

🌾Anyaaya* (Injustice)

🌾Kama vasana* (Lust)

🌾Krodha* (Anger)

🌾Lobha* (Greed)

🌾Mada* (Over Pride)

🌾Matsara* (Jealousy)

🌾Moha* (Attachment)

🌾Swartha* (Selfishness)

Hence, also known as 'Vijaydashami' signifying ”Vijaya” over these ten bad qualities.

1,Inspite of knowing   that   his death is certain,

He  does  not  bother   to do his duty.

2.Loving   the world  passionately

Though he  knows  within a  day  , the world would be destroyed

3.In spite   of knowing  that everything  happens  ,

As per  the will of God, he keeps on worrying about  all  his losses

4.Believing   that god judges  him  based on   his acts on earth,

Man continues   to live  in this world  , not bothering about it

5.Inspite  of knowing   the suffering in the hell,

Man  keeps  on doing sins  without  botheration

6.Though   every one knows that  God is only one,

Man continues   to salute , evil persons  who claim they are  god.

7.Though a person knows  he can take  nothing  with him  when he dies,

He  is interested   in saving  and accumulating  money, all his life.

(I have   climbed   up to the top climbing on my  father ladder. But for him, I would be  rotting at the ground level. I realize  this  and daily   salute him. Am I the only  one who have  climbed  using him? Definitely  not.)

Ladder   is never    worried,

For  it the person ,  

who climbs  up  on it  , up to the   top and kicks it

Or

Who climbs   up to its top   and says  he  has reached  there by  himself

Or 

Who climbs  to the top    and forgets  the ladder

Are   all the  same.

For  it the person,

Who finds fault   with the ladder

Or

Who tells a lie   that  he does not need the ladder   to reach the top,

Or

Who tells what  has the stair done, I reached  here  because  of my ability

Are   all the same

The ladder  is never  worried,

It is waiting ,

To lift some one up,

Make   some one climb up,

And to remove  the sorrow  of a person  who is at the bottom

Whatever  people may say,

The ladder  is waiting   to do its duty.

When she  advises  her husband  to be calm   and think  , She is Thara

When  husband  brings useless vegetables  home, She is Bhadrakali

When husband  does not notice her new dress, She is  Chamundi

When she  looks after her  or her husbands parents. She is Sushrutha

When She takes  of her family  , with  great ability  , she  is  Goddess Parvathi

Three classmates  and  friends  in Face book

All  the three  of them  joined  for study ,

In an institute   teaching  agricultural  statistics,

Fifty  eight   years  back , one   was from Kerala,

Another  from Andhra   and another  from Tamil Nadu,

One of them continued  as agricultural  statistician,

Another   worked on   census  research of the country,

Yet another worked  in defense   research  ,

One of them   has already    reached  eighty,

And the other  two  are  rushing   towards  that milestone
