புண்ணிய பூமியன்றோ திருச்சுழி

நம் யாவர்க்கும் பிறந்ததோர் நல்வழி

மதுரையில் உணர்ந்த மரண அனுபவம்

அருணையை அடைந்த அதிசய அற்புதம்

 

Punniya  bhoomiyandro  Thiruchuzhi

 Nam yaavarkkum  piranthathor  nal vazhi

Madhurayil  unarnth  marana  anubhavam

Arunayai   adaintha  athisaya anubhavam

 

Is not  Thiruchuzhy  a blessed land

A good  way was born to us  all there

The  death like  experience  in Madurai

The miracle  of it reaching  Thiruvannamalai

 

(Bhagawan Ramana  was born in thiruchuzhi village so that  he can show us all a proper path,

At age 16  in Madurai ,  he experienced a feeling of death and  it was a miracle, that  he reached

THiruvanna malai)

 

 

மூன்று ரூபாய் ரகசிய பயணம்

அண்ணாமலையாருடன் நிரந்திர சங்கமம்

உலகம் திரண்டது பாலனைக் காண

அழகம்மையும் சேர்ந்தாள் தன் சிசுவைப் பேண

 

Moondru   roopai  ragasiya  payanam

Annamalayaarudan   niranthara  sangamam

Ulagam  thirandathu Balanai kaana

Azhagammayum   chernthaal than sisuvai pena

 

The secret  journey  of three  rupees

The permanent merger   with  Lord  Annamalai

The entire world   assembled  to see  the boy

Alagammai also went there  to nurture  her kid

 

(He ran away to thiruvannamalai  travelling in a train(spent 3 rupees)  and merged  completely with God annamalayar.He became  so well known that  people  all over the world came  to see him. His mother  came to know  he was there and came   to look after him)

 

உண்ணாமுலையம்மனின் அற்புத லீலை

பாமாலையாய் உதித்தது அக்ஷரமண மாலை

நான் யார் எனும் சலியா விசாரம்

பகவான் நல்கிய உன்னத மார்க்கம்

 

Unnamaulayammanin   arputha  leelai

Paamaalayai  udithathu akshara mana  maalai

Naan yaar  yenum  chaliyaa  vicharam

Bhagawan  nalkiya  unnatha  maargam

 

The divine  sports  of Goddess  Unnamulai

The  never fading (letters) scented  galand rose as garland of poets

The never boring thought  of “Who am I?”

The great path  granted  by Bhagawan

 

(he was forced  to beg for food for his  followers . He wrote  a great  tamil prayer , which showed  great path of Realisatioon)

 

அஹந்தை அழித்து அகத்தில் பயணம்

நமக்கும் விளங்கும் ஓர் நாள் நிச்சயம்

பகவான் திருவடியில் சரணாகதி

ரமணா எமக்கு நீயே கதி

 

Ahanthai  azhithu akathil  payanam

Namakkum  vilangum oar naal  nichayam

Bhagwan  thiruvadiyil  Sarana gathi

Ramanaa  yemakku  neeye  gathi

 

The travel inside  after  destroying the pride ,

One  day  we will also understand  that,

The complete  surrender at divine  feet of Bhagawan,

Oh Ramana you are our  only  path
