This is an instant recipe when you don’t have time and have nothing
else except sour buttermilk. Here is the recipe. My grand mother
used to fefer it as “Mulgayai
killi Mora vidal” . This is prepared very rarely
, as it is considered as a very simple
, tasteless main dish
1.Palakkad iyer

1.Heat Oil , splutter mustard , red chillies, uzhuttam
parippu and fenugreek(if needed you can
add split green chillies also)
2.Pour buttermilk and add salt and turmeric powder
3.Remove from the stow
as soon as butter milk becomes
hot .

its own and people who need
pungenzy squeeze the seasoned
red chillies/split red chillies in the butter milk.

It is called as

The iungredients are
1,Sour buttermilk
2.Coconut oil
3.Mustard seeds
4.Fenugreek seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Red Chillies
6,Curry leaves
7.Ginger
8.Garlics
9.Small onions
10.Turmeeric powder
1.Heat oil , add mustard seeds , fenugreek seed. Cumin seeds , red chillies
2.After theysplutter
add curry leaves , ginger , garlic, greenchillies fry for a few seconds
3.Add small onion
and fry till it turns brown
4.Add turmeric powder
,.Sitch off the stove
5.Add salt, butter milk , heat
a few seconds , switch off
