Indu the incomparable

A wedding poem  wishing the bride  45 years back  .Fotunately  she had preserved it

By
Raja Thatha
Indu  the incomparable
Full of dreams in your eyes,
Of honeyed  things to come,
Of  great things unknown.

But  dear lass, I wish,
That world is a  path of rose   for you,
With kisses so sweet and fragrant,
That  Ramnath   will never  leave your side

MAY  GOD

Make  you both see  hundred springs,
Make you enjoy  the   sweet hundred springs,
Make you smile through  all the hundrd springs,
(Make not  the mistake  , these  are not  , The  springs of a cot)

So  the invocation  goes of seers unknown,
Should I then , wish children ten   for you two

But I dare not

On this day  of days  , I wish you,
All that you would ever wish,

                But
Let my mind   travel  in  to time unknown

          Long long Back
One Papa     was looking   at the moon,
Sighing and wishing   for his  beloved
(as your  hubby    will soon wish for you like that)

Then came a ring at the door,
Heralding   the angel that you are,
Papa’s    eyes were   drenched,
For nothing can be   sweeter  in life,
Than a  sweet little    lady in your home,
He espied   the little baby hands  in the air,
And felt as if  God is blessing him again,
And decided  to cal the child  by name of moon
