(Here is  a  result of very different  thought process

You  came only alone to this office ,

You  would  also go back alone from this office.

There is  nothing  earmarked  for you here in this office,

Do not be sorry that  number of  your assistants  are less,

You only have  to fight  alone here.

Do not believe  some body and get deceived.

Buddies, relatives  , friends , and colleagues are all  only illusion,

They are   all  but the symbols of illusion.

Do not feel sorry for unintentional errors   committed   by you

During hard work

And for the punishments given to you  for those  errors.

Do not get worried that  you did not get your next promotion,

Be satisfied with the post    you are  occupying,

Even when you were not in this office, this office  existed,

Even you cease to exist in this office , it will continue  to  do work,

You are  nothing here,

What is your allotted   work today was  the work of some one else  yesterday,

And tomorrow  it would be   the work of some one else,

You are  but an illusion,

You should not become proud of yourself.

Only this illusion  is the reason of all your worries,

Forget the words like  promotion and holidays,

Get out  of this illusion,

Then you would  yourself be the king  of tomorrow.

Make your mind stable,

And then examine   yourself,

You would then  become a big officer giving  jobs to thousands of people.

அலுவலக கீதை.!!
நீ தனியாகத்தான் வந்தாய்,
தனியாகத்தான் போவாய்.
இங்கு உனக்கு என்று ஒன்றும் கிடையாது.
பணியாளர்கள் குறைவு என்று வருந்தாதே !
நீ தனியாகத்தான் போராட வேண்டும்.
யாரையும் நம்பி உன்னை ஏமாற்றிக்கொள்ளாதே !
உற்றார் உறவினர் நண்பர்கள் சக பணியாளர்கள் என்பதெல்லாம் மாயை.
அவை அனைத்தும் மாயையின் சின்னங்கள்.
அதிகமாக உழைக்கும் காரணமாக உன்னை மீறி நடக்கும் பிழைகளுக்கும் அதற்குஉண்டான தண்டனைகளுக்கும் வருந்தாதே.
நீ அடுத்த பதவி உயர்வு கிடைக்கவில்லையே என்று ஏங்காதே!!
தற்போது எந்த பதவியில் இருக்கிறாயோ அதில் திருப்தி பட்டுக்கொள் !
நீ எப்பொழுது இங்கு இல்லையோ அப்பொழுதும் இந்த அலுவலகம் நடந்து கொண்டுதான்
இருந்தது.
நீ எப்பொழுது இருக்கப்போவதில்
லையோ அப்பொழுதும் இந்த அலுவலகம்நடந்து கொண்டுதான் இருக்கும்.
இதில் நீ என்று எதுவும் கிடையாது.
இன்று உனது வேலை எதுவோ, அது நேற்று வேறு ஒருவருடையதாக இருந்தது,
நாளை வேறு ஒருவருடையது ஆகி விட போகிறது.
நீ என்பது ஒரு மாயை.
தான் என்ற கர்வம் வர கூடாது.
இந்த மாயை மட்டுமே உனது அனைத்து கவலைகளுக்கும் காரணம்.
பதவி உயர்வு, சம்பள உயர்வு, விடுமுறைகள், . என்கிற வார்த்தைகளை நீ மறந்துவிடு.
மாயையிலிருந்து விடு படு.
அப்படி இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் நீதான் நாளைய ராஜா மனதை ஒரு நிலை படுத்து அப்புறம் உன்னை கவனித்து பார் நீ ஆயிரம் பேர்களுக்கு வேலை வழங்கும் ஒரு உயர் அதிகாரி. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
