Oh  Lord   Ayyappa  ,  we  are falling at your feet ,

Please  leave out  your  sudden rush  of anger,

On your  mother  land  , this  pretty   little Kerala,

And withdraw   this  terrible   flood   drowning  it.

Oh Lord   Guruvayurappa, we   are   falling at your feet ,

Please  leave  out    your   great  anger  on this,

Land to which   you were brought by Guru   and Vayu ,

And withdraw   this   terrible   flood    drowning  it

Oh our   mother   living  at Chottanikkara ,

This  is your  mother  land oh Mother  ,

And how can you see   your little children,

Getting drowned, please   save   us

Oh Lord  Parasurama  , you   took out,

This land from water  and made us live there,

How can you   tolerate    your great  creation,

Going   again  back in to water , please  save us.

Oh our   father   who is in Vaikam, we   are ,

Your little  ones  and  in front   of our eyes  ,

You are drowning     all   that   we had ,

Oh God  , please  save us all  who are  all yours
