Devas  by doing Homa,

Pithrus  by  doing Sradha,

Guests  by serving  delicious  food.

Gods  by  offering them flowers.

Our  Boss  by our  hard work,

Our parents   by our   affection,

Our wife by  unstinted love,

And our children by sacrifice for their improvement.
